All appointments must be made online. Appointments will not be accepted via text, phone call or social media.



Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arrivals later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations|No-Shows| Lateness

All appointment cancellations are to be done online and must be completed 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment.  No shows, late arrivals (after 10-minute grace period) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in  100% of the services booked.





A deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all services; deposit goes toward service. All clients must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferable to services/appointments rescheduled within 30 days.

All major credit cards are accepted for remaining service balance. Gratuities are welcomed & appreciated in cash or added onto your form of payment during checkout.

Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.


Monthly membership holders are required to use their monthly credit before the end of each month. In the case the monthly credit is not redeemed, it will rollover to the next month. The membership holder must use both within the 30 days or the rollover credit will be forfeited.

Membership may be cancelled prior to monthly payment being remitted. The membership holder will have 30 days to use credit if membership is cancelled after payment of the monthly membership dues.
